'My wife and I stayed here while dropping our daughter off for her first year at Chico State. It's a perfect little place for two people. Clean and convenient. I would stay here again.'

'So basically a hotel room in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of dresser & closet space with hangers. Comfortable Q bed, quality towels, everything I needed. I had to search the internet to figure out how to operate the coffee maker, but they supplied plenty of pods for it. I know its a Chico thing but ther are no street lights on the block. Made finding it after sunset interesting but the neighborhood is safe. I will definitely look to stay here again.'

'We were visiting Chico for an event and this lovely place happened to be right down the street. If the weather had been better, we'd been able to take advantage of the park, right across the street! The unit was private, very nicely appointed, and had a comfortable king-sized bed. Perfect for our visit.'
