'The Hotel is fine but the add on fees are rediculous. Im sick of the high add on fees at a lot of properties these days. In addition, its annoying that you cant self park. You have to pay for and tip for valet parking. They dont give you any other option, but the parking ui all literally within 50 yards of the valet stand. It was inconvenient and then to have to pay for that inconvenience is just adding salt. This was my second stay but I wont be returning, nor will I be recommending it to any...

'Lovely hotel unique and very good staff The only recommendations are that they have to give hotel guests prefference in one of the restaurants and make up the beds every day and close the corridor for people who are not staying in the hotel. Very noisy in the corridors in the evening '

'It was great stay, reception at the front desk was very professional. The only suggestion may be made it’s probably check the toiletries while cleaning the room and refilling so the guest doesn’t have to go to ask for at front desk, and more towels… And location is great the building is good… '

'I absolutely loved my stay at Gaslamp Plaza Suites for my birthday! The entire experience was amazing from start to finish. The staff was incredibly sweet and welcoming, which made everything feel even more special.'

'The location was very good and the staff was friendly. We encountered minor inconveniences with the valet. When dropping off the car, we had to wait upwards of 10 minutes to leave the car. We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights and one day the room was never cleaned even though we were gone for the entire day. On a couple day the room was made up but clean towels were not left and the empty tissue box was never replaced. '

'Best staff and superb rooms and service. Trolley train and bus within 5 minute walk. It’s in downtoen so many are closeby, only downside is some homeless. Feels safe anyway.'

'Very poor experience. Motel quality towels. Room was not cleaned despite putting in a request twice. Pool was closed without prior notice on check in at 3PM for a party that started at 10PM. Staff at every station lack basic customer service skills. Never staying here again! '
