'Lovely hotel unique and very good staff The only recommendations are that they have to give hotel guests prefference in one of the restaurants and make up the beds every day and close the corridor for people who are not staying in the hotel. Very noisy in the corridors in the evening '

'Long lines and wait to check in / out. Apparently the Sentral Gaslamp does not exist anymore. The website says “closed.” It is now the Margot. This confused me and a lot of other customers staying at the hotel. There was zero communication on this and when I asked staff, I was told it’s always been the Margot which was more confusing. My flight was cancelled and I arrived a day late. Staff at the hotel didn’t empathize at all and there was no attempt at customer service in this regard. ...

'I had booked this hotel primarily for it being dog friendly and offering dog amenities like food and water bowls and a bed however since there is a new owner they don’t really offer anything. It is a pretty basic hotel with Lil to no amenities however, I will say that the king size bed I slept in, was very clean and comfortable.'

'The Westgate is a upscale high rise hotel downtown. The flight crews stay there. It's safe to walk around at night and there are a lot of restaurants within walking distance. I parked my car at the hotel and took Uber everywhere. Uber arrives in a couple minutes. The lobby is very ornate with Victorian decor and huge chandeliers. My premium room was large. The hotel has bars by the lobby and by the pool. There is a restaurant and room service. The staff is very good. Only critique is a...

'Lovely decor, clean and fresh rooms and extremely friendly and supportive staff. Small downside was the limited closet/storage space. And for disabled access, in the shower the soap and shampoo could have been placed a little closer to the shower itself.'

'Best staff and superb rooms and service. Trolley train and bus within 5 minute walk. It’s in downtoen so many are closeby, only downside is some homeless. Feels safe anyway.'

'Stayed here for 4 nights and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. I understand Moxy is meant to be more casual and compact, but the rooms felt old and not well maintained. The bed was uncomfortable, there was barely any closet or storage space, and no complimentary water in the room. Housekeeping only cleaned the room once during my entire stay, and I had to call and request it myself. Overall, the hotel feels overdue for updates and better service standards.'

'This is wonderful place to stay if you are going to Petco Stadium. It’s an easy walk to restaurants in Gaslamp and has some hiatory, being built in 1913. Beautifully renovated suites. We would stay there again.'
