'Was where able to see my cruise ship. We are a party of 11 and were super comfortable. Property was clean, great views great location.'

'Great place in terms of amenities but not much of a vibe inside.'

'Amazing experience'

'Little bit strange with lobby on 12th. Downtown in walking distance. Convention Center 20 min walk Parking not cheap, but all parking garages aren't. Expected more homeless people as the US isn't doing well on that point. Neighbourhood felt safe, '

'Very awesome pet friendly hotel and the staff were amazing'

'This is an extremely no frill hotel . That being said the staff was extremely accommodating and pleasant. It is in slightly seedy and extremely noisy location. Loud party sounds till 3-4 am. However it is extremely convenient for walking to all downtown places.'

'Modern, stylish place. Good breakfast options. '

'Lovely decor, clean and fresh rooms and extremely friendly and supportive staff. Small downside was the limited closet/storage space. And for disabled access, in the shower the soap and shampoo could have been placed a little closer to the shower itself.'

'No way to describe the horrific experience we had checking in when we arrived. Had no idea there would be no front desk or direct contact with a human.'

'We arrived early and the room was already ready. We were actually upgraded. Overall great experience'
