'The rooms were gross & not clean Our room smelled like sewer Definitely not family friendly '

'Our second time staying here. Great quiet location. The staff was friendly and helpful. They quickly worked through a room assignment issue at check-in when I pressed to find a quick solution. Shuttle to the beach is super quick and easy to use without any wait times. The rooms themselves are starting to show their age. Could benefit from a refresh in furniture (some stains and clearly well used) and scent (quite musty) to help justify the price of the suite. Overall 7.5/10'

'We had a wonderful time and my kids actually preferred the pools to the beach! The room was equipped with all the things we needed. The only down was the tight parking garage we had to maneuver to get to our room but we are used to it and didn’t have too many issues.'

'I love that the property was on the beach and that the queen suite was decent sized! The suite included a full kitchen with stove . 'Indoor pool was closed the jacuzzi was closed the room was dirty the floors was black and their was hair in both showers and some kind of blue stuff in one shower and black stuff in the other shower. The sliding door to the ball was broken. Overall experience wouldn’t stay their again and definitely won’t tell my family to stay their. Their parking garage you couldn’t hardly get through it’s one way so if your going up and they come down at the same time one is gonna have to back upstairs cause...
