'Me and the family needed this restart and refresh. This place is centrally located to everything. The lazy river was closed but the other pools were open. (Someone took my Birkenstock sandals from the pool area) I am still in shock because they were right beside my chair and I never left the area.. so disappointing, but I guess they needed them more than me. Overall met lots of friendly people and enjoyed our stay. Easy parking, clean fully stocked room and beautiful sunrise from beach view.'

'The room was excellent for our group and our needs. The broom in the room didn’t have a handle, so we couldn’t sweep and our kids were messy. . I asked for one at the front desk, but never received one. Other than that it was perfect.'

'Location was great. The hotel is a little dated but the rooms were fine. The wood floor vs carpet does make it feel cleaner. I had an ocean view, not ocean front. It was nice to see the ocean from the balcony but I couldn't hear the waves. It was loud because of the air conditioning units outside of the building and noices from the adjacent hotel and cars, etc... I would splurge for ocean front next time. 'Well the property was very good the pool and the fact that is close to the beach help but the place need to be cleaned and redone it looks old and dirty most of the vending machines were broken or malfunctioning they kept 12 dollars from my son overall I give one start'

'Very outdated hotel, needs upgrades everywhere, ceilings look like they’re about to cave in, the advertisement is completely different from what you get, beds are hard as a rock, TV’s and remotes do not work, no housekeeping or trash pickup unless you stay for at least 7 days, the water park was not open for 3 days with no explanation of why, the pool is very small for a large resort, they will put a $250 security deposit hold on your account at check in, “barista” at the Starbucks in lobby was...
