'Very clean hotel. Expresso and coffee available all day. Only thing was no darkening shades. Some mornings would have been nice to not have the bright sun coming in (not complaining just explaining). Overall the stay was amazing. Will stay again.'

'We got a 2 bedroom villa and it was very spacious. Check in was smooth and timely. Villa was clean and orderly. Everything we needed was already available kitchen wise(excluding food of course). The only issue we had was the build up in the coffee maker. You could tell it hadn’t been cleaned in a while but this was easily fixed with some vinegar and hot water cycles. 'Great place. I was in a two bedroom two bath and it was exceptionally spacious. Washer and dryer available along with dishwasher, iron and ironing board. Dish soap, dishwasher detergent. Silverware, glasses and cooking utensils. People have complained about paying for parking but your vehicle is in a garage out of the sun and its 10 dollars a day. The gym has enough equipment for a full body workout. The pool area is beautiful. My only gripe is the grills were not suitable for use. If...

'We had a great stay! The stay was conveniently located to midtown/downtown Charlotte! The neighborhood was nice, and peaceful! We enjoyed the amenities and the easy check-in and checkout process! We had a minor issue with the smoke detector noises in the middle of the night, but the host responded immediately and appropriately addressed our concerns!'
