« The area felt safe and there was a lot to do within walking distance. Check in and out was easy. The FAQ guide didn’t have a lot of specific information. The one bad thing was the WiFi was only available in the common area (pool, games etc), not in the actual room. »

« We had a wonderful stay at Tom's apartment. The location was perfect, a short drive to great restaurants, bars and museums. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The host was very friendly and responsive. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a Raleigh getaway. Also try out the Ish Deil. Very good deli spot to walk to for lunch. »

« I booked this for a work conference and my wife came along. When we first arrived the AC wasn't working but the building maintenance guy came and fixed it right away and we didn't have any more issues. We had a great time and took full advantage of the pool, fitness room, and Skydeck and grill. We had an amazing time. Definitely a great value. »

« Anna and Frank were great hosts. This is the best experience we have had at a VRBO. They were very quick to respond and resolve a couple minor things. I would highly recommend staying at this location. Very easy in and out and nice neighborhood. Very spacious rooms and they really gave alot of thought on what a family might need during a vacation or extended stay. »

« We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Raleigh rental! Everything was exactly as described—immaculately clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant, with convenient designated parking right out back. We especially appreciated the little bit of history shared about the home—it’s a 100-year-old property, and those details added such a lovely, personal touch. You can really tell the hosts care about the space. Would absolutely stay here again! »

« My husband alone utilized this apartment because it was near UNC Chapel Hill Hospital, where my daughter had an extended 10 day stay. We greatly appreciated that the host was quickly available when we needed to make a last-minute stay. The apartment complex is only 2 miles from the hospital. We also appreciated that he welcomed our little doodles with no additional fee. »

« This property worked out really well for us. We needed a place to stay close to our son and daughter-in-law, and this fit the bill. The bed was comfortable and the mini-kitchen had what we needed.
