Maar het personeel was niet erg bekwaam met het computersysteem, en een van de avonden moest de bar gerund worden door een jongen alleen, hij had zeker 25 gasten, dat ging niet. Zeker niet omdat de keuken ook duidelijk geen overschot aan personeel had. '

'I was very impressed with SpringHill Suites. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was well organized and clean. The beds were very comfy. They supplied shampoo, conditioner and bath wash, which is a plus. Their hot breakfast had a good variety to choose from and it was very tasty! The pool and hot tub were clean and it was a pleasure to use them. There’s always room for improvement. So if I had to mention something, I would have to say that the bathrooms need air ventilation and...

'This hotel is very well located for those who need to be near Duke University Hospital. The room was very comfortable and clean. There are several restaurants nearby. Breakfast is not included, but it's available for a reasonable price. I definitely recommend it. The staff was very friendly.'
