'Lovely home and in walking distance to NCCU. Neighbors are students so it gets pretty loud and busy, but not so bad that I wouldn't request this home again. NCCU band practice is loud but comes with the area you are in. I enjoyed it because I am a product of an HBCU, but may bother others. All in all I love the home and enjoyed my stay for the week I was there.'

'The house was perfect for our needs. Great central location, quiet neighborhood. Very clean. Family friendly. Comfortable mattresses. We appreciated the nice toys available for our grandkids. Our only complaint would be the use of plug-in air fresheners around the house as, they tend to bother some of us…give us headaches. We just removed them for our stay and put back when we left. '

'Property was perfect for our needs. Rooms are large. Backyard was awesome for our dogs. Bring a towel to clean paws as it does get pretty muddy back there! Over all it was a fantastic place to stay while visiting our daughter for the holidays.'
