'The first room I was given smelled of cigarettes and the floor had a lot of crumbs on it. I requested and was given a second room. The gentleman at the front counter, went to the room with me to inspect it and it wreaked of cigarettes. He was very apologetic and found me another room. I really appreciated his assistance and customer service. Thank you.'
