'Very helpful and friendly staff. Good hotel location in Royal Oak.'

'Very nice place. Seemed to be a new building. Friendly staff and the room was nice and clean'

'Excellent stay'

'The rooms were clean. The staff was helpful. Breakfast was okay. Hotel is outdated needs some upgrades. No towels in the pool area until we had to ask the front desk. The tv in the room didn’t work. Kids running in the pool area and in the lobby. Kids had their breakfast meal in the pool area. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again.'

'Fantastic place to stay within walking distance to downtown Royal Oak. Lovely courteous staff with great advice for local spots to checkout! Nice outdoor gathering spaces and great music inside at the lounge. Pick your own vinyl albums to play at the upstairs bar as well at Vinyl Lounge as well.'

'Breakfast was mediocre at best. Clean but variety was extremely limited. For example limited fruit which wasn't the best, no regular bread for toast only had English muffin or bad bagels. Oatmeal was good. Hot entrees were almost the same every day and not very good.'

'The rooms were nice and beds were very comfortable. The staff was awesome. They were all very friendly but especially Marty. He was so kind and beyond helpful. Hope we can go back sometime and would definitely stay there again. The only negative was the breakfast. It was just ok. I would probably go somewhere else to eat next time.'

'The room was filthy and then I was asked to check in after 6pm until they could clean another room because they were all sold out and refused me a refund! Then never gave me a deposit back and said I stain a sheet over the phone after inquiring about the refund two months later.'

'Well kept, great location. Comfortable rooms.'

'Breakfast was NOT included. The buffet was $15 and definatley not worth it. The lobby and eating area were extremely cold'

'People having a party on the terras of the ground floor room with a Ghettoblaster on very loud. Further, during the night a constantly reoccurring loud noise, probably from cars starting in the parking next to my room, but sounded as a kind drilling.'

'This is a 2.5-3 star hotel advertising itself as a 4 star. I booked a double bed room for my friend and I 3 months prior to our trip. When I arrived to the property they told me my room wasn’t ready but they pre checked me in, took a deposit from my card, and held my bags. I return after 2 hours to the staff telling me my double bed room was not available. They said they had another group to arrive and that because I didn’t pre check in that they can’t give me the room. I asked them how did I...
