'L’appartement est propre, silencieux, lumineux, relativement bien équipé. L’entrée est autonome via une boîte à clés. Situé à 20mns à pieds du centre ville et à 10mns à pieds de l’arrêt de bus qui vient de l’aéroport. En revanche, la salle de bain est vraiment petite. Nous étions 5, compliqué avec une seule et si petite salle de bain. La pièce principale est également petite. Le jacuzzi était sale (l’eau + la structure), nous n’avons pas pu l’utiliser. 'The house is clean, comfortable & nicely decorated. Julio was responsive and helpful. It is 5-10 minutes walk to markets & restaurants and the cathedral and the main shopping area are 25 minutes walk. Finding a parking spot was sometimes a challenge but we always succeeded. We hope to return.'

'Super accommodation in a great location, very clean and well equipped. Great for visiting Palma city. Portixol is very uncommercialised, with great places to eat. A welcome pack would be a useful addition for weary holiday makers upon arrival. Overall one of our better holidays and we plan to return.'

'Lovely private outdoor space with plunge pool, with easy access from the functional kitchen. Loved the location, just outside the Old Town (15 min walk through a lovely park) and with a selection of local restaurants and bars to choose from. Very comfortable bed, and the (admirtedly tight) spiral staircase proved no challenge. Balbina was a very helpful host.'

'Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl in dieser geräumigen Wohnung. Der Innenhof ist ebenfalls recht groß mit Liegen, großem Sonnenschirm und gemütlichem Platz zum Frühstücken oder den Abend nett ausklingen zu lassen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Zum kleinen Strand sind es nur ein paar Meter. Die Strandpromenade läd ein zum Spaziergang, in Palma (Kathedrale) waren wir in 40 min. zu Fuß. Ein wunderschöner Urlaub, großer Dank an Matias, der uns gute Tipps gab und sehr freundlich ein- bzw. ausgecheckt...

'This place was very well maintained and very clean. The place has been renovated with a designer taste and minimalistic, nordic style. Very beautiful and confortable. Situated in the heart of Palma de Mallorca with access to best restaurant and night life. Also easy access to the shore and pier for a wonderful walk by the water and the marina. We had a good time during our stay and we absolutely recommend it. '

'We had a very pleasant stay in this house, situated in a quiet neighborhood, only one street away from the sea and the boulevard. The house was furnished in an authentic way, with comfort everywhere. The kitchen was very well equipped, so we could prepare a our own dinner and have a lovely evening on the patio, under the lemontree. 'Moderner Bungalow in guter Lage. Später Check-In und late Check-Out waren kein Problem. Abder die Kommunikation mit Vermieter war sehr unbefriedigend. Wir haben erst nach Einschalten des Kundensupport eine Rückmeldung zum Check-In bekommen und dann eine nicht korrekte Handynummer zur weiteren Abstimmung. Vor Ort mussten wir erst die Hauptsicherung reinmachen, um zumindest Licht zu haben. Dann längerer Kampf mit der Steuerung der Klimaanlage. Leider gab es keinerlei Hinweise zur Bedienung des...

"We had a great week at El Cid. The hotel is perfectly located next to the beach, nearby many nice restaurants and super close to a bus stop from which you can get to Palma in 15 minutes. The staff extremely friendly, the rooms were clean and the breakfast was nice. For the people wondering whether it's a con to be so close to the airport: during the whole week there was only one airplane that flew directly overhead. The rest was so far away that you usually couldn't even hear them, so you won't be bothered by this."
