« The condo was incredibly clean and had great views. We had problems with the AC in the first unit and they quickly changed us to another unit so it didn’t interfere with our vacation. Very happy overall. »

« Host was great at communication. The place was well equiped with the essentials. Check in/out was easy. Location is great and in a nice quiet community. We have an infant so the pack and play and high chair were a great bonus to our stay. Highly recommend! »

« Nice unit that has EVERYTHING you would need to live there during your stay. Great location as the pool and entrance are right outside this unit. This complex is close to all the amenities and maybe 15/20 minutes to the beach. Some very good restaurants and some cool bars..with fun atmosphere.this was our first stay at The Avalon Condos and I assure you we will stay there again. »

« Le condo était grand et propre avec toutes les commodités. Les aires communes étaient bien entretenues, la piscine agréable et il y avait suffisamment de chaises. La salle de lavage est commune et nous avons toujours pu faire notre lessive aux heures convenues (2 machines). »

« You can see the ocean from the balcony. I enjoyed how the balcony was tucked away so you still felt secluded. Very clean and perfect size for a couples getaway. »

« This location was perfect for a family get-together for New Year's Eve...3 generations, three adults, two children and 2 dogs... Close to a beautiful beach where it is walkable if you choose or there is also public beach parking nearby. We would definitely go back to this rental in the future. Andi was great with providing checkin details, bring pets and a providing a pack and play for the 1 yr old. She was very quick to reply with assistance and questions. »
