'It was everything she said it would be. The room was nice, bed was comfy, bathroom was clean and we enjoyed the cooler and chairs that are available. We saw but did not take advantage of the bikes. There were quite a few so maybe next time we will try a bike out and ride to town. It is so close to downtown Dunedin. It was very quiet we had no issues with noise. '

'We really enjoyed our stay! The check-in and check-out processes were smooth, clearly communicated, and easy to follow. Debra, the property manager, was incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful in every interaction, which made the experience even better.The only small improvements we'd suggest are adding a broom for quick cleanups, as the vacuum was quite loud, and installing a few towel hooks in the bathroom for added convenience.Overall, a great stay, we’d definitely come back!'
