Whether you are traveling with family, friends, couples, or celebrating a special occasion, the villa offers generous spaces to gather, relax, and enjoy Cabo together.

An Exceptional Pedregal Location

Villa Felicidad is located inside El Pedregal, one of Cabo San Lucas’s most prestigious gated residential communities, known for its dramatic hillside setting, cobblestone streets, privacy, and 24-hour controlled access.

The villa is approximately a 5–8 minute downhill walk from downtown Cabo, the marina, restaurants, shops, nightlife, and the legendary Cabo Wabo Cantina.

The return walk is slightly uphill but remains enjoyable and manageable for most guests. Because Pedregal’s streets are cobblestone, comfortable walking shoes are recommended. Guests with limited mobility or anyone wearing high heels may prefer to take a short Uber or taxi back to the villa.

Villa Felicidad is also located close to the renowned Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal, placing guests in one of Cabo’s most exclusive areas while remaining within easy reach of the city’s most popular attractions.

The villa offers two covered carports and additional on-site parking, accommodating up to six vehicles.

Occupancy

Villa Felicidad can comfortably accommodate up to 18 guests.

The villa is prepared and stocked for up to 14 guests. For groups of more than 14 guests, an additional fee of $30 USD per person, per night applies.

Advance notice is required so we can prepare the appropriate sleeping arrangements, linens, towels, supplies, and household essentials for your entire group.
