'Miscommunication regarding price and check in process. I was given a number to call to add a guest and the phone number didn’t work. The check in staff wasn’t helpful and I was given different quotes and no one could give me a straight answer. It took 2 days to fix a broken A/C in 2 of the rooms. Keep in mind it’s Cabo and it’s 90 degrees. I kept on getting the runaround with times it would be fixed. Our resort app wasn’t working or linking to our reservation. 'Second time staying here after a 21 year gap.
Great spot close to the bay and the grounds are great, especially the pools, with the swim up pool being our favorite.
Food was very good in pretty much all eating spots. I would avoid room service though as twice it was bitterly disappointing, which was strange given how good the food was on site.'
