'Great !'

'Food was great, pools were clean. Everything kept up as they should be'

'Clean room, clean pool. Grateful for opportunity'

'Due to a fire the day before we arrived, many of the amenities available to Altitude upgrades were not available. The adult pool was cloudy the entire time and the swim up bar never opened during our entire 7 day stay. 'Staff and resort were very accommodating and made us feel extra special for Carlitos 40th bday! Will be back soon'

Not changing the towels, then turn down service, unnecessary. I didn’t like how they were in the room multiple times a day. Also they knocked on our door at 3 and tried to get in. The last night we got food poisoning and what do you think is worse than sharing a toilet? The toilet not working. They had no...
