This resort could be an absolute gem! The staff has my greatest appreciation for their tireless efforts. They work really hard and I’m sure they’re underpaid. The ocean views is simply outstanding. Keep in mind this is a no swim beach, otherwise enjoy the sights and sounds of the beautiful ocean. The buffet food was okay. Don’t come expecting a dazzling buffet, it’s accommodating! The other restaurants offer a bit better variety. The pools were crystal clear, however the outside showers, there are 4 of them and only 1 functioned. Activities honestly they are lacking. A lot of that may have been a language barrier but a professional planner is very much needed to get the people active and involved. There can be no bad day in this area whatsoever! My oh no moment can when our phone in the room didn’t work. So scheduling anything from the comfort of the room was out. Room service out, spa schedule out, any amenity that I paid for out. Next the valances in the ad photos were not in our room. The rods were but no valances. The furniture was outdated and the materials were grossly fades. Our dining table legs were fractured to the point we were afraid to use it. Who do you call, we couldn’t! Why did we stay, it was booked months in advance and paid for. The resort offers some value, just don’t buy into the ad photos, they’re extremely enhanced.

Fantastic stay however, we were in Garza Blanca Cancun and we found that the layout, breakfast hall (breakfast in general) was overall much better.. more option and better set-up. The up keep of the whole hotel is very well kept however once again we are comparing it to the Cancun one and it is slightly out-dated (the furniture, style) is abit old. But the staff were great and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Our Conceige lady named Sam was amazing! Nothing was too big nor small for her to help us with.

This resort is amazing! The staff, the decor, the grounds, the view and above all the FOOD! Rooms are spacious, quiet and clean, with nice amenities and tons of fresh towels every day. There are several a la carte restaurants throughout the resort, and in its sister hotel in Cabo San Lucas that are part of the All Inclusive arrangement. The service is outstanding, with super friendly personnel, from bellboys and concierge, to waiters and waitresses, cleaners, gardeners, everyone is friendly and helpful. The resort is huge, with residences, time-shares and hotel rooms, several pools (two swim-up bars in infinity pools) but no sandy beach. Not a problem for me, as there are sunbeds right on the sea front. Not a party place, with mostly US and Canadian guests over 45+ or couples with very young children. It might have been the time of the year, though. Highly recommended, for a relaxing and pampered vacation! Surely would return!

This resort is amazing that celebrates the beauty of Mexico. The hospitality is 5 stars and an amazing ocean views from every restaurant. I
