Prima hotel midden in het centrum. Op goed loopafstand van leuke bezienswaardigheden. Minpuntje: onze kamer keek uit op de binnenkant van een winkelcentrum waardoor we geen frisse lucht konden krijgen zodra we het raam open deden.

Wij hadden een zeer mooi appartement met kleine keuken met alle toebehoren, fijne bedden, mooie badkamer. Winkels, De Grote Markt en vele andere bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand. Zeer goed en aangenaam verblijf.

Top locatie vlak bij het beursgebouw en dicht bij diverse parkings. Kamer beschikt over een keukentje en heeft airco. Prima bedden en excellente wifi. Ontbijt eenvoudig maar prima. Rustig hotel voor goede nachtrust. Vriendelijk personeel.

Goedgelegen en comfortabel.
Goed gelegen, net aan het metrostation de Brouckere. goed uitgerust en net. We hadden een kamer aan de binnenkant, dus 's nachts geen straatlawaai. Ook nuttig om een 24h receptie te hebben. 's Morgens is er een mogelijkheid om te ontbijten (tegen meerprijs).

Hotel met comfort op een perfecte locatie
Bij het reserveren al zeer goed geholpen, wij hadden per abuis een verkeerde datum ingevoerd, maar het omzetten van onze reservering was geen probleem. Dit was eigenlijk tegen de eigen regels in, maar werd toch geaccepteerd. Vriendelijke receptioniste, die helaas wel enkel Frans sprak. De kamer was netjes en schoon, en voor de leeftijd van het hotel zeer goed onderhouden. Er was een bankje en volledig keukentje, met kookplaatjes en pannen e.d. Het bankje verdween onder het uitklapbed uit de muur, welke een beetje hard was maar verder prima sliep. De badkamer was ruim en zeer schoon, en het toilet apart wat ook comfortabel is. Al met al een zeer prettig verblijf gehad in het hartje van Brussel waardoor alle faciliteiten op loopafstand zijn.

Prima hotel, zeer centraal gelegen tussen winkelgebied en oude markt in. Leuke buurt met cinema om de hoek, 's avonds ook levendig op straat. In de kamer (2 pers. Studio) een neerklapbaar bed met harde matras. Heerlijk geslapen. Verder voorzien van alle gemakken, bank, tv, föhn, kitchenette.

No cleaning provided at property as it is an “aparthotel” so any cleaning or change of towels come at an additional price. Microwave wasn’t working and water dispenser at level 1 broke down at some point. Homeless people live outside and the immediate outside of the hotel is absolutely disgusting in the morning from people’s activities the night before as it’s in a Central Area. It was generally safe though as u have to tap into the entrance with your key card.

The studio guest room was nice and large and contained evergthing I needed. The staff were also very friendly and helped with my requests. Unfortunately there are building works going on in the building opposite the hotel so I was often woken early by banging and loud noises. I was also surprised to find that the gym was not a gym at all but actually just a room containing a rowing machine, stepper and water machine. Very disappointed as this was one facility I required for my stay and was left with no means to exercise.

Stayed for 4 nights. Always up by 7am not by choice. Major construction / demolition of a huge building infront of the hotel. Jackhammer noise from 7am until about 3-4pm everyday. It’s okey if you have day tours , the jackhammer noise is your sure alarm clock . There’s really nothing the hotel can do but to move you farthest from the construction . Other than that the hotel is outstanding .

My husband and I stayed here for seven days to visit Belgium. Check in was easy once we paid our entire bill before we saw the room. The location is perfect. The shops and restaurants are all around. Grand Place is a five minute walk. The Christmas markets were right next door. Even with the crowds of the Christmas markets, I never felt unsafe. The room was adequate with plenty of storage for our luggage and our clothes. The tub is extremely deep and my husband, who is older, had a difficult time getting in and out. There were two major problems. The first is that next door creates a constant noise issue from 7 a.m with an industrial jack hammer. This is no fault of the hotels. The problem is that we were awakened each day at 7 am with the sound of the construction. The second problem is that there is no maid service until day eight. We are used to an every other day service in the other hotels. I was told that if I needed service and who doesn't after a few days, that it would cost appox. 30 euros. I was also told that I could request new towels and IF THEY HAD THEM, they would exchange them for me. The best parts of our stay were, a.. the location, the staff was very friendly, the use of a laundry on site, the amenities in the room including the dishwasher and kitchen equipment and very strong WiFi. The negative aspects are a. an uncomfortable bed, foam-like pillows, lack of maid service, construction noise and broken equipment in the room.
