Step out the back door directly onto the Nordic trails, or head 2 min. out the front and hop on the middle gondola station taking you directly to the bases of Peak 7 and 8, and down to town. With a hot tub, fireplaces, ping pong table, and enough room to comfortably sleep 10, you and your crew can live like royalty. Come cozy up in our mountain retreat!

LIVING ROOM
The ground floor great room is a cozy spot for the entire family. With a large two story stone gas fireplace, and large comfy couch for 5 people, the space is perfect for daytime movies with the automatic blinds darkening the room or reading a book on the plush chairs next to the North-facing wall of windows overlooking the Nordic trails. The second living area contains a beautiful stone gas fireplace, office desk, and private balcony.

KITCHEN
The gourmet kitchen area has a large farmhouse sink and plenty of countertop space for prep. With a 48” Wolf dual fuel range, double oven, dishwasher, microwave, and everything you need to create your family favorites, set out the buffet on the oversized island, or serve breakfast at the 3-person bar with plush high-top swivel chairs. This spacious home has plenty of food storage in cabinets, a wine cooler, and 3-drawer cooling system adjacent the dining area.

Walk up the final set of stairs to the completely private penthouse floor. Here you'll find the recreational room with West- and East- facing windows, sleeper sofa, flat screen television, and ping pong table.

Located in Breckenridge's premier Shock Hill neighborhood, this home offers rare, direct access to the town's groomed Nordic trail system and close proximity to the gondola for effortless downhill skiing. Skip the lines and step outside to explore miles of scenic, lift-free terrain ideal for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and peaceful winter outings. While the Nordic trails and ski resort sit side by side, they are separate systems — giving you the best of both worlds: quiet, endurance-based recreation and fast access to the mountain. In warmer months, these same trails become a network for hiking and biking, making this a true year-round launch point for mountain adventure.

Any video footage is not shared and is only in place for liability protection, and in no way infringes upon our guests' expectations of privacy in the property. There are absolutely NO cameras in the interior living spaces of the home for your privacy.

We provide enough supplies for a typical weekend stay. This includes paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap and a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. We also provide fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels.

This home has a private hot tub, so extra towels for the hot tub are included. We take care of cleaning and servicing the tub before and after your stay.
