'The staff were absolutely fantastic - friendly, helpful & genuinely welcoming which made our stay enjoyable. The room was a lot bigger than we expected which was great! Only small things to note were that the ceiling light shades were a bit dusty and some minor mould build up in the top room ceiling which may need to be looked into. These didn’t take away from an otherwise positive experience. Thanks again for having us! '

'This was our 5th or 6th time staying at Robina. Each time we are greeted by friendly staff, clean room- home away from home style. One of the best pet-friendly hotels, they go above and beyond when it comes to our dog. We will definitely keep booking here whenever we are at the GC. Thank you!'

'Buffet breakfast was great. Room was kinda clean but there were holes in wall that they did not even try to cover or patch up. Outdoor pool looked decent but it was raining. All staff were amazing. Parking was the best; gated parking and more than enough spots.'

'Finally a high-end hotel on the Gold Coast that doesn't feel like old money. Everything is modern, everything has been considered. The rooms are spacious and functional, and the view are incredible. The restaurants and food are top shelf. My only complaint is that there is no uniform or name tags to identify staff. Particularly when handing you bags and car keys to someone at the valet.
