'Great location, close to lots of things to do.'

'The kindness, helpfulness and friendliness of the staff were amazing-Julia (assisting with restaurant) was wonderful as were the staff at Reception. Breakfast was outstanding. The common toilets at Reception needed to be regularly cleaned though-strong smell. Noticed when I arrived and was waiting for my room-not a good first impression'

'A wonderful place to stay if you need to be at the Gold Coast University Hospital early in the morning. Very comfortable beds, clean, modern rooms. The bathroom products smelled wonderful. The gentleman on reception had "training" on his badge and he was dealing with some very odd characters, and handles himself very well, all by himself mind you. I'd stay again if I needed to be bear the hospital.'

'When we arrived we were very disappointed to learn there was a building site next door and our balcony was practically over looking it. We were not informed about this prior to our stay, unless we would have not booked here. The day we arrived the weather was very windy and the patio doors on our ocean view room were banging. We were bitterly disappointed but once we spoke to Bernice on reception we couldn’t fault the excellent customer service we received. She upgraded us to a fabulous suite...

'Zicht over haven en strand. We hadden een suite dus hebben we kunnen onze strand spullen wassen voorsat we ze terug in de bagage moesten stoppen.'

'The room is very clean and the location is so close to everything. The staff are very helpful and polite. There’s a bar/restaurant on the ground floor and a rooftop bar on level P. There’s also another bar just across the entrance. So on weekends ie it can be a bit busy by the entrance. But the beds are so comfortable and nice. Good amenities but location wise it’s excellent. Close to the beach, supermarket, malls, cafes, restaurants and other food options. Unfortunately pool wasn’t working when...
