'Room was good. View was not worth the price. Overpriced due to events unfortunately. Nice easy walk to arena and downtown. Parking was super easy. Breakfast was very good at extra charge. My parents had insurance but still somehow lost what they paid for their first night, my dad had the flu and couldn't make the 3 hour drive the first night. Front desk was helpful and polite. Beds and bedding was very good.'

'Our stay was on the fourth of July weekend. There was plenty of good parking and the hotel grounds were very well maintained. The room was so clean and smelled nice. Great location to get to grand rapids. Overall a wonderful stay! Laura and Tony'

'It was a nice overall place to stay once the A/C finally kicked on in my room. They did a pretty good job with converting what appears to be an old bank. My room's door didn't latch all the way on its own unless I manually closed it; not a big deal but worth keeping in mind if you're not used to it.'
