'The location of the hot tub is located so privately that I could not use it the last night I was there, because a couple was in it and having intercourse on the stairs. Apparently they did not care that it was also surrounded by windows. The staff handled but seriously not cool. '

'We arrived a day early for a conference downtown and chose to stay here to save money versus book additional night at downtown hotel. This hotel was SO nice. Staff was friendly. I also loved that it was close to a couple stores for us to do a little shopping for things we had forgotten. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again! '

'The Amway is always a class act. We stayed in the older Pantlind side on request. Just love it. Our in room coffee maker delivered undrinkable, tea looking coffee, and we didnt see a container to put ice in for our wine. It also would be great if the parking wasnt so expensive if you stay at the hotel. Overall a great stay otherwise. They let us check in before 4. We will be back.'

'The staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel was in a perfect location for everything we wanted to do in Grand Rapids. Walked everywhere and never needed our car. '

'Terrible experience. They canceled my 2 room reservation. Then only had 1 room left that i could book. They charged me more for that changed room than my price was for 2 rooms. Then they charged me twice. Staff was extremely rude and very standoffish. Not willing to answer simple questions concerningthem double charging me. Room was dirty. Food wrappers, hair, no toilet paper. The pool was ok, hot tub was not hot. All in all I'd never stay here again. I'd never suggest this place to my worst...

'Plenty of parking, clean rooms, clean (unheated) pool with good hours of operation (10-10). Small game room with claw machine, racing game, pinball and pacman- foosball and air hockey tables near pool. No breakfast or workout room. Staff was helpful, our toilet had an issue flushing and they fixed this in a timely manner. Would stay again '
