Staff at the desk was rude and they made me get another room just because my niece and nephews had a few friends visiting. No one was allowed to use the pool if they weren’t guests and no one was allowed to visit unless it was under 2 hrs total. We canceled our reservation for the second night and found a more accommodating hotel to stay at. We will not be returning to a quality inn period. I would rather...

'The showers in the locker room did not work. The pool had fans randomly sitting around the pool deck. The hallways and stairwells were well worn and in need of paint. No restaurant on property or continental breakfast. '

'We stayed on the 3rd floor and when you flushed the toilet it would make a noise for about 3 minutes. The alarm clock buzzed all night long and the refrigerator ran. The bed was good. Breakfast in the morning was very good.'
