« Didn’t like the fact that I had to ask for towels both days that I was there. The room was not made up and when I asked for them to bring towels and toilet paper, they just pulled the covers up on the bed. Hotel was otherwise clean. »

« I was barefoot in the kitchen, my feet stuck to the floor. Put socks on and the bottoms were black! So not happy with our rooms floor condition! »

« The staffs, breakfast were excellent. The lobby and extra equipment was clean. Our room had bugs, big roaches. We had to sit all our suitcases and bookbag on higher grounds.I tried to call the manager and supervisor three time on this matter but the supervisor wouldn't call me back or anything. My family and I wouldn't be staying at this place anymore.. I have pictures of the bug in our bed. »

« Room was clean, had trouble with the air conditioning but they did have it fixed by the time we got back. Not as clean as I would expect for the price. Breakfast was pretty good. I do believe the price is way to high for what you get, it was very close to the beach which is a plus. Had trouble with the side doors not reading your key card and having to walk around and realized they kept a side door open and anyone could have gotten in. Kind of scared me a little bit. »

« The Perfect, Stress-Free Base for a Gulf Coast Getaway!My recent stay here was absolutely fantastic, and I will definitely be back. The location is perfect—tucked right by the Tanger Outlets for easy shopping and just a quick, straightforward 20-minute drive down to the Gulf Shores beaches. It was so nice to enjoy the coast during the day and retreat to a much quieter, more budget-friendly spot at night.The room was incredibly spacious and felt more like a mini-apartment than a standard hotel...

« Wonderful bed & breakfast. We always stay here on our way to Gulf Shores. The owners are top notch. Breakfast is the bomb & is included with your stay. And if you are looking for a steak they have one of the best. »

« The property was clean, room was quiet. Breakfast was decent. The only complaint we have is there was people that were also staying at the hotel seemed to have invited ALOT of people who were not hotel guests and basically overtook the outside patio with their visitors. They also brought a large speaker and played music really loud! We would have liked to enjoy the patio area but couldn’t for a few of the evening as others were partying out there with people who were not hotel guests! We would...

« STAY AWAY! Our room (121) was filthy…dirty bed spread with pet paws stains on it, dirty pillow case, dirty bath mat, dirty lampshades, filthy stained chair, half painted and broken bathroom door, unswept and very dirty floors…and the smell… Unfriendly staff I couldn’t wait to get out of there… »

« Black mold in shower they fixed right away breakfast area congested not enough garbage cans, food limited some days pool pump not working bedding - they use bedsheets as a blanket very odd. »
