'The sheets had holes in them and the bottom of my socks were filthy after walking around in them. The bathroom had clean fixtures. The room was completely bare. The gentleman we checked in with was nice.'

'The breakfast was not worth being considered “breakfast included” My son accidentally left my youngest child’s diapers beside our car and the staff tried to say they were already thrown away, but would “look for them.” We watched an employee go and get them out of their car. The only nice staff was the front desk.'

'The staff was friendly but the room was disgusting. It smelled like mold. I put a towel on top of the sheets so I could sleep without fear of bug bites. The bathroom was old and the fixtures weren’t secured to the wall. It had stains. So grossed out!'

'The rooms need to be inspected more often the sliding door was nearly falling off. Toilet was not seated properly and wobbly. The front was not as helpful nor informative enough. Cleaning was very fast and excellent.'

'This property is located to everything food, shopping and beach. The property has a secluded beach area and security gate out front. The Condo itself was beautiful, clean and well maintained. The only thing I would suggest for the owners is to get better pots and pans for people who want to cook for themselves and not eat out, the ones onsite are old and everything we cooked stuck in the pans and were a little bit of a mess. It would have been nice to have extra toilet paper and paper towels on...

'This is a smoking allowed hotel. Please double and triple check that you have booked a non smoking room. We accidentally booked a smoking room and the smell was horrible! You could smell residual smell of smoking in the lobby. Everything looked cleaned so if you don’t mind the smoking smell, I guess it’s good.'

' You will Need to buy a parking pass onsite, bring extra toilet paper(they only give you 1 roll for a week),the sleeper sofa with flip over while you are sleeping in it. The inside of the toilet bowl has never been cleaned, floor are dirty…my white socks instantly turned black from very little walking!'

'I don't think I've ever had a bad Home2Suites experience. We were there for a volleyball tourney and it was perfect.'
