« The rooms where half cleaned the bed comforter was stained when when got in the room and had a moldy smell..asked for extra towels the seam to have attitude asked staff about cleaning they come around at 9am. the halls were very noisy after 10pm and before 6am. Something smelled like it was burning no one could tell where it was coming from. Was not the experience we where expecting.. »

« STAY AWAY! Our room (121) was filthy…dirty bed spread with pet paws stains on it, dirty pillow case, dirty bath mat, dirty lampshades, filthy stained chair, half painted and broken bathroom door, unswept and very dirty floors…and the smell… Unfriendly staff I couldn’t wait to get out of there… »

« Half the umbrellas at the pool didn’t worked. Our room door did not lock. I was not impressed! »

« There was nobody there to guide us to where we were supposed to go. Fortunately, there was a staff there, it is a plastic surgeons building, that was able to contact somebody with the villa who gave us phone instructions on how to open the door and where actually the room was. They apologize and said the manager is usually on top of things, but apparently at this time there was a glitch. Things happen. « The rooms were not clean as well as common areas. They do not clean the rooms but every 2 days not counting the day you check in and when they cleaned our room they didn’t do a good job. I had to go down to the front desk to get more towels and wash clothes also a new bottle of shampoo because ours was empty.
