« Friendly staff all around, well kept property and beautiful view. Great options for family activities all around. Cottage had everything we needed, and then some. »

« The staff was excellent considering they had no records of my already paid for reservation. Took extra time getting checked in due to this. Thankfully, they were able to get us another room. Our suite had miscellaneous tiny holes in the bathroom and one behind the door in the bedroom. Kind of strange, but it did not appear to having anything inside of the holes. Shower took a while to warm up on the fourth floor. The couch and chairs were hard as rocks, however the beds were comfortable. For...

« STAY AWAY! Our room (121) was filthy…dirty bed spread with pet paws stains on it, dirty pillow case, dirty bath mat, dirty lampshades, filthy stained chair, half painted and broken bathroom door, unswept and very dirty floors…and the smell… Unfriendly staff I couldn’t wait to get out of there… »

« When we first walked into the hotel room, it had a mildew smell. So it possibly needs to be really deep clean. They should clean the room every day, sweep and change the linens because of the amount of sand that goes through the rooms. Clean the shower floors, possibly add some type of a rug beside the bed and doors and should not ask your guest to take out their own trash. Especially for the amount of money I spent to stay at this hotel. Air-conditioning sounded very old and rattling possibly...
