'BEWARE: Listing misrepresents the property. August 2026: No air conditioning, no parking on site, and no HOT WATER in the apartment. This is simply not a luxury apartment. Host was very slow to respond at check-in and ignored any issues communicated with the property. The cafe where key pickup occurs does not know the unit number. We had to ask locals in the building to help us narrow it down, just to get inside. The only accurate part of this listing is the location, which is in the heart...

'Location is amazing being right at the team and close to the metro, as well as easily walkable to most of the attractions. Marcus was extremely helpful in suggestions. The restaurant just below the flat was convenient with delicious food. The playground right outside is perfect for families.'

'The location is great but the property is old, there are places in the apartment where the tile is coming up, the mattresses in the second bedroom are very thin, the door to master does not close, there are small roaches in the bathrooms. We rented this property partly for the balcony and it was not accessible. Very disappointing.It is kind of noisy because there is a kids park across the street and a lot of walking traffic.'
