'Our host, Olga, made our experience an excellent one. It is a beautiful home and well maintained. Even though the house was fully booked with other guests, everyone was respectful. Olga makes great breakfast, which we love.'

'My husband recently stayed here for one night and had a very pleasant experience overall. The bed and breakfast was exceptionally clean, quaint, and quiet, making it a nice place to relax and unwind. Parking was easy, with plenty of available street parking nearby. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly, which added to the charm of the stay.

'We had a wonderful stay at Wayside Inn. Our host, Joe, was very helpful and was a great chef!
Our breakfasts were very good and got us ready for the day ahead. Parking was not a problem and the surrounding yard was shady and pleasant. The giant oak in the front is reported to be 200 or more years old. Our room and bath were well maintained. We would definitely stay there again.
The Inn also has a great history dating back to the late 18th Century. It is said that George Washington stayed there...

'I have taken pictures of all details in this listing, and my main issue with this place is that the condition of the unit, particularly the walls and bathroom were not as clean and pristine as the pictures imply. There are scratches and marks almost on every wall throughout the place, as well as small chips including the closets and bathroom It doesn’t appear the place was painted or repainted recently up to standard. Also, in the bathroom, along the rim of the tub, there was a black lining of...

'We had such a wonderful stay at The Inn at Mary’s Land Farm and would absolutely come back.
We came from Southern California and stayed here in between DC and Manhattan while in town for my son’s lacrosse tournament, and it ended up being one of the highlights of the trip. The rest of the team stayed at a Marriott, and I’m really glad we chose this instead.
The property is beautiful, peaceful, super clean, and set on gorgeous grounds. Pictures don’t do it justice. It has a calm, welcoming...

'The property was small, but adequate for what we needed for our stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The location was ideal. Pretty much anything you needed was within walking distance. Communication for getting access was fantastic. Overall, it was a lovely property and worked for us for this trip.'

'This was our first time in Washington and I would caution everyone to avoid NW if possible. Was convenient to the DC Streetcar however the unit is located almost directly over a liquor store and the walk to it was dicey. I wasn't aware but apparently pot is legal and used openly in public. Would not have brought the kids had I been warned. The unit itself was TINY. We felt pretty safe being on the 3rd floor but it was quite noisy from the traffic and late night partiers across the street....

'What a great little apartment! Close to both the METRO and Adams-Morgan, one of my favorite neighborhoods in DC. Neat and clean. Our host, April, was most helpful, both during our stay snd as we prepared to come. Looking forward to coming back!!!'

'Pros: Check in & check out was easy. The apartment is right on a bus route to the National Mall/Smithsonian Museums, a 15 minute walk to the metro, 10 minute walk to a supermarket, and it's practically nextdoor to a restaurant. The location felt safe. The price was good. The kitchen came equipped with essentials. The on-site laundry wasn't overpriced (pro tip: bring quarters for laundry, it's coin-op.) The host provided linens, towels, and toiletries (and the towels were super soft & fluffy!)...

'The accommodations were excellent. Lots of space for me and family of four children. Love the amenities, including the washer and dryer, and dishwasher. The major drawback for me is that it is in a rough neighborhood. I understand that DC is undergoing gentrification, but I did not expect to experience people hanging out on the corner just across the apartment all times of day and night. There were ants too, although this was a minor problem for me, more so the children. Overall, my stay was...

"Mooi groot statig gebouw. Hele mooie inrichting. Goed hotel met ruime en schone kamers. Vriendelijk en deftig personeel. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar."
"Very helpful and kind staff, when I mentioned that the information about the airport shuttle wasn't correct online, the lady at the front desk offered to co.pensate for the confusion by giving us a breakfast voucher. The breakfast was amazing and her gesture was appreciated. The proxi.ity to the Ronald Reagan airport was also a big plus. After a long trip it was a short ride tp the hotel. All in all, a good experience and I would stay here again. "
