Paleizen in Bellevue

'This is one of the WORST hotels that we have ever stayed at. The room was dated and the carpet was filthy! The toilet had a slow leak at the base so the bathroom floor was always a bit wet. The hot tub is completely torn apart and looks like the donation tape has been up for months. An outside company uses the hotel pool for children’s swim lessons every day from 4:30-7:30 so the pool is not available for paying hotel guests during those hours. We waited to use the pool at 8pm and found a pool...

'They don't clean the rooms during your stay and the room we had wasn't even fully stocked when we checked in. As a family of four you would assume that you would have 4 sets of towels in the room, but no there wasn't. So, we had to call housekeeping to remedy this. And then the shampoo and conditioner bottles were both completely empty when my daughter went to shower. So, we had to call housekeeping again to remedy this.
