Positief: Netheid, voorzieningen en staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
My two friends and I had a quick one night getaway and stayed at the Hyatt House. Check-in was a breeze and the staff were very friendly. Parking felt safe and was included with the stay. The hotel was cleam and had a great ambiance.
We stayed in the King suite with sofa-bed and it was perfect setting for a relaxing girls night. The room was clean and comfortable. However both of the mattresses need replacing and the large mirror in the main room was hanging on the wall by a thread. I told the front desk and was told maintenance would be up to fix it, however they never came.
We went to the pool at 8:45pm as we were hoping for a nice quiet soak after our long drive and were met by 3 families (9 overly energetic children). It was ridiculously loud and overwhelming as the kids ran the room. Needless to say, we didn't stay long. This hotel would REALLY benefit from "adult only" hour at the end of the day.
We were all pleasantly surprised at how quiet our room was and slept without interruption.
The breakfast buffet was great with lots of options. Even my vegetarian friend had no problems making herself a plate. I was a little bummed as I'd seen photos of omelets in other reviews and that wasn't an option, but we all left full and happy.
Well, it's easy to point out the negatives but overall I'm giving them an honest 4 out of 5 stars and would stay there again.
