'Villa Marena was absolutely perfect for our family. The house is beautiful and charming, perched on a hill overlooking the lake. It is filled with rosemary bushes, grape vines, and fruit trees. Our children barely wanted to leave the property because they were so happy exploring the yard and feeding the ponies up on the hill. It is outside the crowds of Bellagio and feels like a private oasis. Zero complaints. '

'We had a simply wonderful time at the Cloudhouse. The house itself is beautiful with spectacular views over Lake Como. The accommodation was very comfortable and spacious for the 14 of us, and the house managers were brilliant, always attentive and helpful. I can't recommend this house highly enough, and the whole process with Barbara the owner to book and prepare was excellent. 'A group of 7 of us women stayed here to celebrate a friend's birthday. The pictures online don't do this villa justice. It's beautiful! The house and grounds are enormous and absolutely beautiful. The hosts are so kind and accommodating, even making sure we had bottles of wine waiting for us when we got there. They went above and beyond. The location is a bit out of the way, but it's a 5 min walk to the ferry and there's a bus stop near-by. There are no taxis really. The house was a bit dusty,...
