« We loved this house! It's large, roomy, beautifully decorated, and well laid out with the main bedroom on the 1st floor. The beds are very comfortable, and the A/C works well for those hot days! The back area is so peaceful, whether you want to sit out on the deck, the porch, or the dock. The golf cart is really handy for getting into town to check out the restaurants and shops, and the owner made it easy to figure out where to go with great recommendations in the guest book. « What a stunning property! My stay was peaceful, relaxing, and wonderfully private. The villa’s private pool was such a treat, and the location couldn’t have been better…tucked away enough to feel serene, yet still within walking distance of a charming bistro, bowling alley, and several other spots. Plus, it’s just a quick drive to Placencia. I truly enjoyed my stay and would happily return! »

« The house was really nice, but location not ideal. There is no beach (sand), no taxis and no convenient places to eat. For our group of 5 it was very hard to get from the split to the house. If you want a sandy beach to swim you have to travel by bike and pay to use the beach. The explanation of the home is confusing, it’s not great for a family of 5. There are multiple units which do not have access without going out and walking around to the exterior doors. It’s not all one big house. If you...

« What a find! Very quiet, secluded and private villas with well equiped kitchens and comfortable bed. Beautiful, large screened porch area. Very clean. On site managers keep the beautiful, extensive grounds meticulously maintained as well as the pool and BBQ area. Enjoyed hiking to both Big Rock Falls and a cool cave. »

« Casa Tortuga was nothing short of incredible. The house is gorgeous and very well appointed. Chef Haydee & Co. took great care of us, and man, can they cook. We took fishing and snorkeling excursions and we were picked up right off the dock. We had a group of 10 at the house for our 20th wedding anniversary, and all of us can't wait to come back. »
