'Our 2 bedroom villa was beautifully furnished with a modern kitchen and gorgeous outdoor space around a private pool. The indoor outdoor shower in the master bedroom was amazing. This villa has separate air conditioning in both bedrooms and the living room. Having a washer/dryer was a nice bonus. These villas are situated in a gated community on top of a hill overlooking the Maya flats about 15 minutes outside Xunantunich. You definitely need AWD to access your villla.
