'We had a great couple of days here. The community is well located to get to and from the beaches (Fenwick and Bethany) and yet away from the crowds and in a really scenic part of Selbyville. We loved our stay and enjoyed the pool (there are 2). The place itself felt like home from the start, owner is really responsive and friendly, and it exceeded our expectations. Would definitely stay again. Felt like home away from home. '

'Excellent family and pet friendly hotel on the beach and walking distance to several other beaches, restaurants, and shops. Rooms were clean and updated, parking was easy, and complimentary breakfast was great. The indoor pool was also very clean and not too cold. Very happy with our experience here with our child and dogs. We would definitely stay here again! '
