'We loved our stay at Fenwick Shores. It’s a nice quiet hotel and is within minutes of Ocean City. I felt extremely safe because you have to use your keycard to even use the elevators. Parking is on site, all the staff was friendly, and the room was clean! The ONLY complaint & it’s a really dumb one was the wifi was weak & phone service is bad. I think because I have kids & my grandmother is extremely sick it irritated me. Other than that we had an amazing time & will be back soon.'

'The day I arrived and got to my room, I found the shower faucet was not working properly later. I turned, I pulled and twisted to the best of my ability and no water would come out. I reported it to the front desk. The next day I called and talked to Andre, the manager and he rudely said it was working fine and he would show me how to use it. 'The room was nice but next time we would chose a second floor not right in front of the swimming pool. This place had everything you need to just stay and enjoy the resort. Tsunami had great food and drinks. Loved the fire pits and close walk to the beach and ocean.'

We had a suite and the kitchen was spotless. We had a side view balcony and the view of the beach was still great. 'No hot water. They never told us prior to check in. We had no hot water from Sun 6/21-Tues late evening 6/23. Checked out on Wed 6/24. The bar only could serve canned beer or canned wine. The restaurant was closed. They did give us 50% on the first 2 days. However their price was higher to begin with than Expedia quoted! I’m still confused over the charged amount. Imagine taking cold sponge baths at the bath room sink on your vacation. This was a let down and we always dreamed of staying there...
