'Our experience as a whole was excellent. The hotel is beautiful and location is excellent. The hotel restaurant was excellent. Very delicious crab cake! That being said, the hotel is starting to show wear. Our bathroom door was warped from water damage. The sink was clogged. The bathroom mirror lighting needed replaced. I did call the front desk and maintenance came right away. The sink was fixed. They could not fix the lighting as they did not have the parts. The main part of our suite had...

'Good service. Loved the shuttle to the beach. Breakfast was really good, a lot of choise and very fresh. Front desk was very very helpful and friendly.'

'We have stayed here several times and this is the first time I could not give 5 stars. We truly love staying here, there is so much to like. However, the following are genuine observations versus criticism and meant to help with keeping this a great place to stay. 1. Balcony = just enough room to sit outside with two chairs and a whopping great fan the sound of a jet engine constantly turning off and on right next to it. 2. Fan = noise permeating into the room so much we had to turn the...

'Everything was great and the staff where very friendly and informative. The pool was great and the areas around where well kept. The parking area was small with a not to many empty spots and had security cameras which made it feel safe.'

'Perfect place with awesome ocean view.'

'Great location to walk to most everything within downtown Rehoboth. Variety of restaurants, bars, clubs, clothing shops etc. Off street parking! Large 2 room suite. Waited to the last minute for a fantastic rate. I don't recommend that. Wonderful to walk to everything instead of trying to find parking which can be difficult. Mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, living room, 2 tvs . Plenty of towels, wash clothes, etc. Plenty of toiletries.'

'Great stay, the only minor thing was the shower head, which probably needs to be replaced. Other than that, everything was very good and in a good location.'

'We stayed here two nights for a concert in Dewey Beach. The room was small but since we were not at the hotel much that didn’t matter. Amenities were as expected and parking was easy. There is no elevator so we had to carry suitcases up the stairs but this wasn’t a huge issue. Would stay here again!'

'The staff was exceptional. Always friendly, helpful and always greeting you. The breakfast was wonderful as well. The cleanliness was mid. Elevators had food/trash on the floor. Hallway rugs were stained. Our room reeked of perfume as if trying to mask a smell. And extra sheets/blankets provided smelled musty. But other than that, excellent stay for one night for us.'

'It’s freshly renovated and updated. Robes in bathroom, plenty of towels, comfy beds.'

'This location was great, super quiet! The sounds and views of the ocean were wonderful. The bed was very comfortable and we had a excellent rest here'

'Everything was exceptional'

'Staff is always super nice and pleasant. I love the onsite parking available and the restaurant.'

'No Microwave in the room No Ice machine except in the lobby..The noise from the Bar(lounge) Music ext.. was coming through the room and outside Had a hard time sleeping. About 1 am there was about 20 + people outside loud as can be .People on their Patio's yelling at them to shut up.. Dont know why there is a bar in the lobby..But it was pet Friendly.Just thought for the price there would have been more to the room'

'When we arrived, no one was at the front desk. After several minutes, a man finally came and I found him a tad rude and unapologetic. Other staff like the maid service and lady at the desk were nicer and more helpful. They did have to refill the pool towels, like usual when we've stayed before. The toilet seat and shower head in the bathroom needs upgrading, but the room was fine besides those things. I do hope that there are cameras in the pool, hot tub, and splash pad area for insurance...
