Let’s start out with when I made the reservation no where did it say there was an additional deposit. I paid for the room upfront when I checked in the lady had an attitude with me and told me if I didn’t like it she could just cancel the room. This hotel brand has a very high standard of customer service. The lady that checked me in did not have that standard. I ended up doing the deposit. I got up to my room like I do at any hotel that I go to I checked over the room. There was a huge stain on the floor. I contacted the front desk to let them know because I did not want to get charged for that. The lady offered to move us from the room that we were in but did not have a king so we would’ve went from a king to a double queen without a view on top of there was a funky smell in the room the toilet was constantly running. I did let them know and nothing was done. they charge $11 for breakfast. Watch was really not worth it. The food was not even hot which I told a lady that was in there she did absolutely nothing. The assistant manager tried justifying by giving me a bottle of soda on top of a couple other issues that were not taken care of.
