« This property and its owner were everything we look for in a vacation rental. Listing is as an old farm house does not do it justice. The owner has carefully curated it it with an electric collection of furniture ,pottery and various hand crafted items. She has put her heart and soul into this house and you can feel.it ad soon as you step inside. « Walked in and was greeted by a family of flies. The people upstairs were taking a shower and water was leaking into our unit through a hole in the ceiling. By far the worst place I ever stayed. Will never stay again »

« We had a great time during our stay. This place was very clean, the host was wonderful, and we were there at a time (mid-March) where the sunrise was directly in front of us, so we were able to view from closed-in balcony, with coffee in hand!! It was lovely!! The only suggestion we would make is for the hall bath tub to be refinished, as it was peeling, so all showered in the main bedroom bath. Otherwise, I highly suggest and promote this listing!! »

« My stay was absolutely perfect. My host, Erin, was very accommodating and responsive. The house is fun, spotless, and the neighborhood is quiet. You may witness deer coming by from time to time, outdoor games and activities where readily available. It was better than I anticipated. Highly recommend Erin and this house. »

My husband and I traveled to Ocean City for bike week and wanted something close to the ocean, not far from the week’s festivities but in a quiet location, and we could not have asked for anything better. We had an ocean view from our balcony, a view of the sunset over the bay, the condo management was super friendly, and the owner of the unit was incredibly communicative and answered all of my many questions. « If you want to stay in a house that has everything you want or need for your stay this is the place!! The hosts have thought of everything!! All you need are your clothes and food!! We had the most enjoyable weekend and it all started with communication with Bill. It was so much better than a hotel and this was my 1st experience renting. It’s no wonder they received excellent reviews. They are well deserved!! »
