'Love the location to the boardwalk shops and restaurants. The hotel has a great sitting area with a bar and comfortable chairs & tables good for working. We’ve tried over a dozen hotels in OC and this is our go-to.'

'The hotel has a convenient location, parking, and affordable for a trip. The hotel is outdated and pool areas required daily maintenance (kept finding hair in pool water while swimming both rooftop and indoor). Elevators also take so long so if you can’t walk up and down stairs do not stay here.'

'Nice older property very convenient'

'Room was very clean but the place could use some updating. The staff was helpful, but not particularly friendly. Not many of them spoke or smiled but they were attentive and responsive.'

'We had an ocean view but there was Bird doo all over the window. We were placed in the oldest part of property. The elevator was very slow and smelly. Paint pealing in corridors. Mattress very uncomfortable. Chambermaid very helpful and polite front desk also very nice. It was mostly the ascetics of the property.'

'The room was super clean, beds were ok, not great. We had an ocean view which was fantastic. We love Barracudas one of our favorite places to eat. A few things to mention the bottom drawer was missing in the dresser. We don’t use it so not a huge deal for us and the fridge worked but it did freeze things and the door on the fridge was rusted and banged up. I would stay here again it really was super clean!!'

'Accessible to restaurants,outlets, convenient, to Beach.'

'Very clean, perfect location, comfortable beds. The only thing the shower either was really hot or really cold but didnt tell the front desk until check out and they said maintenance will look at it.. would definitely stay there again.. right on the boardwalk'

'Perfect spot by the boardwalk and it had a pool only thing is the beds were uncomfortable. Too low and the mattress you could feel the springs at times but great location and free parking. The maid didn’t speak English had to use my phone to translate'
