'It’s in downtown, easy stroll from the boat dock, bike rental place right around the corner. Breakfast wasn’t your ordinary “continental “ breakfast. There are 2 shared bathrooms on the 2nd floor and never even saw anyone using or waited for one. Not a problem at all which honestly was our biggest concern. Terrific staff, and location was perfect'

'This is a historic place visited by the likes of Henry Ford, filled with fishing memorabilia on the walls, that is a great choice for a group (or family) who wish to test their skills on the Au Sable or other local trout streams Terry and the other staff were wonderful. The suite I stayed in, one of two with their own bath rooms, was commodious. It's well located on the north branch of the Au Sable, and only about 25 minutes from Grayling. '

'Our one night stay in the Stable Suite was absolutely wonderful, however, we should have stayed longer. Chris & Jenna are the perfect hosts. So much thought and love went into the Cartier Mansion and their attention to detail is impeccable. Breakfast did not disappoint. I look forward to staying with them again. If you love exceptional hospitality you must stay at the Cartier Mansion. And Carson the butler is too cute!'

'stayed at the park street inn for the Short's anniversary party this year and loved this location to stay. It was a short walk from downtown Bellaire but very quiet and comfortable. The hosts were awesome and very helpful'
