'Das Haus und das Grundstück nützt leider ihr Potenzial nicht aus. Außenanlagen/Garten nicht gepflegt aber funktional. Bei einer 10 Betten Unterkunft nur 2 Kaffeetassen vorhanden. Die Türen in beiden Bädern lassen sich nicht absperren (Türstock ausgebrochen). Der Wasserhahn der Küchenspüle war defekt was aber von der Hausverwaltung innerhalb 36 Std. repariert wurde. Handtücher / Bettzeug sauber und vorhanden. Wissen muss man das der Ort über eine ca. 3km Serpentinenstraße zu erreichen ist....

'The home itself is lovely and it’s a great location. The property manager was kind and communicative. The only issues we had were that the house was missing a few basics — including hand soap, dish soap — and there was no WiFi. WiFi isn’t listed as an amenity, so it’s our fault for not noticing that, but I think it should be stated more clearly on the listing as we’ve never had WiFi be unavailable at a rental. (It meant we had to incur extra costs on cell data.) Overall would recommend!'

'We booked this very large finca fairly last minute as had flights moved from 2020 and didn’t want to have to cancel last minute. The communication before we arrived was excellent with regards to the paperwork needed and any questions we had. Magdalena was very friendly and responded straight away in most cases. 'Villa was beautiful, clean and catered for all. Toni the manager was easy to contact and always available when needed. 3 bedrooms accommodated for our family 5 of us comfortably. Pool and gardens were a good size. Plenty of outdoor space for dining and BBQ. Villa is about 15 minutes Drive from Palma/airport and less than an hour to almost everywhere else on the island. "Second time we stayed at Suites & Spa, this time in the "old" building, room was very spacy and clean, take moisture in bathrooms in account! Personell very friendly. You have two options for breakfast (4th floor adults only and ground floor) which both have different options. Towel change at the pool is very practical and extra service. Suite case safe for if you have to check out in the morning and your flight departs in the evening (we could you use the pool the whole days, shower at spa included)!"
