« Pros: Big cottage. Scenic location. Bacon, eggs, milk, juice, butter, tomatoes and bread provided for breakfast. Nice toiletries. Frogs in the pond sounded cool. Rabbits everywhere. Cons: Emailed property to say we'll arrive around 4pm. No reply. We arrive at 4:15pm to find reception closed and a mobile number. Called and about 5 mins later are sent a road map (?) and where to find the key. Wi-fi had full bars, but was "connected without internet". No reply when I reached out. Road is...

« Consistently high standard with excellent staff and facilities. A bit more expensive than a suburban motel but more spacious. »

« Suggest Chang towel every day. »

« 1 bedroom apartment excellent value for money . Location perfect. Parking a challenge but reasonable ok. Apartment had everything needed and very clean . »

« Large clean apartments »

« L'hotel etait tres bon. L'endroit etait tres proche tous les chose. »

« We stayed for 10 nights and were very happy. The room was clean, had everything we needed for a comfortable and cozy stay. Daily housekeeping kept us up with everything we needed, everyone was very friendly. Only issue I would say with this hotel is that it needs more parking. We forgot to book parking and were fine parking in the 3 hour time limited car parking on the street which is free, but I feel like this will become increasingly unavailable as New Epping develops and gets busier. »

« Clean, well appointed, very little road noise at night, fabulous location with an abundance of places to eat, drink, obtain groceries etc . Tram outside the front door & trains nearby. Very safe & secure building if you are staying on your own. Had our luggage stored briefly as we needed to head to the airport about lunchtime. Very pleasant & helpful staff. Would definitely stay there again. »

« Room is clean, front desk staff is friendly. »

« This was my second stay and apart from the great location so close to the city, this is one of the quietest Hotels or Apartments I’ve ever stayed. The apartments aren’t brand new, but they are spacious and very comfortable. Reception is not always manned, so just make sure you message them to arrange check in. »
