'The apparent was welcoming, clean, and well equipped. Good Wi-Fi and the AC was good. Nice to have a few kitchen bits- seasoning, oil, coffee etc. Great view from patio. Was in perfect position to get to pool and local supermarket was a one minute walk away. '

'This property could do with a major makeover especially the bathroom which is not fit for purpose. The kitchen cleanliness was not the best, one of the plates was dirty. The property also needed more airing as there was a damp smell on arrival. When raising the above with 3Villas, they did move us within 24 hours to more suitable accommodation for which we were very appreciative for their swift action.'

'Highly recommend! We really enjoyed the spacious apartment, it was perfect for the 3 couples who stayed there for 10 nights. The location, overlooking the sea, the boats, the bay, and beach was excellent and just a little away from the areas of more hustle and bustle. Josefa was very nice and, as we had a late flight on the day of check out and there was not a back to back booking, she let us stay "as long as you like". That was fantastic and we really appreciated it as it made out final day in...

'We had a wonderfull stay in Mercedes’s apartment! It is well maintained. Beds are comfortable, the balcony is big and nice to sit evenings when it cools down. We did not cook but the kitchen is well equipped. Of course the beach is very close. Book a sunbed online (reserves.alcudia.net) in advance! One street further you’ll find a couple of restaurants that do nice Mallorcan and international dishes..'

'Generous 3 bed apartment, just a 5 min walk from the town. Good views of the harbour entrance. Sunny balcony in the morning. Good parking immediately outside on a quiet road. It was clean and tidy and the beds fairly comfortable. The decor ahd furniture was a bit dated. Whilst we didn't want a very lively resort, we found Fornells maybe a bit too quiet when we visited in May. I think a car would be essential.'

'Perfect location and lovely views. Small complex which wasn’t to busy in September . Large balcony . The apartment was fine. You will need to buy everything as nothing supplied at all. Water would have been a nice touch and maybe some soap . Things to improve . Mattresses so hard. Would stay here again as very reasonable if mattresses replaced. Plenty of places to eat and bus route very close.'
