'I liked the breakfast served, hot and many options. The room was clean and orderly. The pool is very small not like in pictures. Staff friendly. The only down side was a child I heard crying a couple of times and I could hear my neighbor open and shut door frequently. Thankfully it was not an issue at night. Restaurants nearby. A CVS next door. There is also a fabulous restaurant “The Oasis” about a 7 minute drive from this hotel! Happy accident. '

'As soon as I check in to this hotel the entire lights in the building shut down. Which cause me to get stuck in the elevator for 10-15 minutes. Also the power wasn’t restored until later in that day. My reservation was cancelled by staff per request print out was giving. '

Gilbert (General Manager) worked with me for several weeks to secure first-floor accessible rooms for my 83-year-old mother, and everything was honored exactly as promised. Tracy and Alex at the front desk were incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. Their professionalism and genuine care made a stressful family weekend much smoother. Highly recommend this hotel and this team.'
