« Séjour de 2 nuits dans cet hôtel considéré comme l’un des meilleurs d’Auckland. L’établissement est design, éco responsable relativement limité en nombre de chambres. Le petit déjeuner s’effectue dans le restaurant d’un café avec accès direct depuis l’hôtel.
Par contre nous attendions un vrai service digne d’un 5*. Ce qui n’est pas le cas : pas de rafraîchissements à l’arrivée ou de proposition de vous assoir (malgré mentionner un vol de 25h pour venir en voyage de noces), pas d’explications...
