'This property was very located to where we were visiting. It was neat, pleasant, well stocked and convenient. There was a little road noise.'

'What a wonderful find! We were unfortunately there to attend a funeral. Andrew couldn't have been any nicer nor accommodating. They went over and above to make us feel comfortable and at home! Their home is a very cute, newly renovated and tastefully decorated bungalow located in a wonderful location. The neighborhood is very quiet and within walking distance to Old Lewisville. Should we visit family in the area again, we would definitely return! Thank you Andrew. '

'Cute, comfortable house very close to downtown. The city was doing work in front of the house and there was a little hiccup with the utilities. Ryan was on top of it and even gave us a little refund for our inconvenience. '

'Overall a great stay while visiting Frisco. The Colony was convenient and close to so many places. Grocery stores and both target and Walmart nearby. Easy access to the interstate. The home was comfortable enough with a nice open layout with a bigger kitchen!'
