'It was conveniently close to everything in walking distance. Weather was rainy and cold and drivers would drop us off and pick us up. All assistance was very nice and friendly and helpful.'

'Clean room and all areas of the hotel visited. Staff extremely helpful, friendly and polite. The fitness area is a little tight and there should be sanitizing wipes for people to use to wipe down equipment when done. Kind of icky that there isn’t. The wine at the bar had been open a while so should be disposed of to provide quality beverages. But again, service and staff were fantastic so that is minor. Food was good. Overall a great stay. Thank you for the bottles of water! '

'Checking in was a breeze as I had prepaid for the room. The incidental fee has increased from 50.00 per room per night to 75.00 and they now charge a 10.00 parking fee. No big deal. The room was spotless, clean and the air and heat worked perfect. All the staff was professional and nice. I checked out at 9:00AM. By 11:00AM my 75.00 fee was already back on my Capital One credit card.'

'The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The breakfast was lacking. Did not have the usual eggs and breakfast meat or waffles. It was more for the health conscious. If you wanted a breakfast sandwich, you have to pay. Overall, the area was clean and inviting.'

'I would recommend The Element to anyone! I can't think of a single negative comment! It was extremely clean, inviting, blackout curtains, pet friendly, the front desk staff is so helpful, I could just go on and on. Thank you for your hospitality!! 😊'
