'Was a clean place to stay for the night. They had no ice thought and the vanity light was terrible. Not very well lit.'

'Newer hotel and convenient to get to off the highway. Room was clean and spacious. Nice breakfast area and good selection. From the Time we stepped into the lobby until we left the entire staff was helpful and courteous. Huge indoor pool/hot tub area. Great place to stay in between Green Bay and Appleton. Will definitely stay there again. '

'Everything was great. Clean, neat, good staff. Breakfast was decent. Bathroom was good too. Only one problem was the fire alarm went off around 2 or 3 in the morning. Was extremely loud and kind of scary sounding. Then it didn't continue. Kind of unnerving so we checked outside and hallways to see if there was a fire but didn't know what was going on. Seemed ok so went back to bed. Apparently in the morning they told us that someone was smoking in their room & they were kicked out. Otherwise...

'A passable place to stay but be warned. Expect a strong dirty feet odor, stained comforter and carpet, and unmopped bathroom. The mattresses are comfortable enough and the sheets were clean. Also the water pressure was good and the shower worked well. So…two stars. Important to note, it got two stars because the woman who checked us in was very pleasant and made for an excellent experience.'

'The pool area is great but you could tell it was not swept daily. There were leaves all over the floor umbrella for tables. Most time we used the hot tub or pool the were no clean towels. Our room was great except that there was take out food in the microwave when we arrived and dirt wash rags still in the bathroom. I brought it to management attention and it was taken care of right away along with the clogged tub and bathroom sink.'

'We checked in and immediately found a needle (things drugs) and a pacifier in the middle of the floor. The employee offered to give us a free night some other time. I’ll lever go back to this hotel. It’s full of rude people that obviously live there. Pathetic. We had such a great experience the first time we stayed here. This last time was so disappointing. Go anywhere else. The hot tub in our room was amazing, that’s the only good thing I have to say about this place.'

'Had a wonderful time my daughter's loved swimming. Enjoyed talking with not only the employees but the other guests. The employees were so helpful and personable wendy and Joyce or Janice were supper nice and went above and beyond. The breakfast was wonderful and delicious and fresh.'

'The beds were very comfortable. The remote was old and just about worn out. No fan in bathroom. Very humid in the room after showers.'

'Booked through Expedia, had the paperwork and the confirmation and Ho Jo said they had no record. Then wouldn’t engage with Expedia to give Me my money back. Two calls and over an hour Eventually got most of my money back but still have to call back again to get the insurance back. Guessing HoJo got a better offer for the room(s) as there were others affected. Super inconvenient. In town for an event ended up staying an hour away and missed some of the event.'

'They were undergoing renovations at the Lobby so it was a little dusty. Our room was excellent and clean. I used the gym and the hot tub, washer and dryer. All 3 were clean and neat. The continental breakfast was great. The price and what was included was very reasonable. I'll be staying here in the future. This was my 2nd time staying here.'

'Very much enjoyed the stay. My son especially enjoyed the pool and slides. Would stay again.'
