The pool area was unbearably hot. The staff was unresponsive when we brought up the fact of how hot it was, and we werenât the only family to suggest that. The pool and hot tub was literally the entire reason why we booked the Hilton in the first place. It ruined our stay. We opened the emergency exits to at least get a cross breeze through the pool area to try helping cooling the area down, which helped only the slightest.
Everything was great with my first stay. Appreciated the use of the shuttle for a hair cut, which I wasnât expecting! Will be back again next week as the result of a nice stay. Thank you
I reserved 5 nights total for a family reunion held only once every 3 years. My daughter and her partner flew in from AZ to attend. The first night their fire alarm went off every 20 minutes keeping them awake all night. They reported it and supposedly it was fixed. Nope they were up all night and had to be moved at 4 am. Obviously missing much of the reunion. The hotel staff had no ability to compensate us for the two nights that were basically a nightmare for the kids.
For the price that I paid for this room, I was kind of upset that the room look like it was falling apart. The fact that there was dirty linen in the hallway on the floor I was in. Also my sheets were ripped.
The staff did not get us towels when we needed them. They totally forgot about us, so i had to call again the next day....Also, it looks like we were charged again by the hotel, even though we paid the hotelthru the Expedia package deal.....Ill be calling expedia and the hotel......
Called Twice before booking the stay and was told restaurant closes at 10, bat12, and pool at 11.
Booked the stay and encouraged other team families to stay as well. Checked in at 10. Restaurant was closed as we knew. Walked to the bar to order drinks and wait for other parents. Staff says weâre closed.
