Our room was great except that there was take out food in the microwave when we arrived and dirt wash rags still in the bathroom. I brought it to management attention and it was taken care of right away along with the clogged tub and bathroom sink.'

'We were in town for a family wedding and I reserved 3 rooms for us. My family showed up to check in and they were denied access because I was not physically present (I was coming later). Even though my wife is included in my profile they could not get in. My wife, daughter, and daughter-in-law had copies of the reservation but they would not honor them. The desk personal (Wendy) was very rude and would not help. I talked to her on the phone and she said she would not help. After I called...

'Great stay for me and my teen as we tour colleges. Quiet, comfy bed, courteous staff. The pool is small but clean and good temp for a morning swim before we hit the road again. Would stay here again!'

'I appreciated the price provided through Expedia, however; I asked for a one hour extension of my room so I didn't have to be at airport so early the day of check out. The staff said it would cost me an additional $50 (half the price of the one night stay I benefited via Expedia)so I opted to go to airport the extra hour...it would have been more fair at $25.'

The living room couch had multiple stains on the cushions & the desk chair cushion was also not clean. The small kitchen area had minimal house ware items, and was minus dish towels and soap for the dishwasher. The well used kitchen sponge we threw away. 'We asked for an early check in. When we arrived, we were told they would call us when our room was available. We went to lunch, came back and still not ready. Ending up getting ready for event in the lobby and having access to our room an hour after regular check in time. '
